What Is a Youth Group?
Youth Group is a place where young people can come together to enrich and support their
community. It is a community where members can depend on and support each other. It’s a safe
place free from judgement and persecution.
What Does Youth Group Do?
We help the church and our local community in any way we can. We organize events like
Easter, Halloween, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Christmas, etc. Go on team building trips like
Carowinds, fishing, Celebration Station, movies, dinner etc. The youth group has its very own
youth mass, where members do what the adults usually do like passing out bread and wine along
with collecting donations.
As a Youth Group we stand behind FFS:
Apologies for the inconvenience but we are officially rescheduling the Carowinds trip for Friday, July 30th and the final call for permission slips is July 28. We still have sponsors, so if you are unable to pay the $62.98 ticket price plus transportation fee, please let me know! Also, if you would like a full refund, let me know as well. Hope to see you there.
To read and agree with the youth group mission statement. Being 13 years old and/or being in the 8th grade.
